Who we are
RM AgentHub is a directory of AI agent resources, published at agents.rmhub.tech. If you need to reach us about your data, use the contact form.
What we store when you create an account
Your email address and an optional display name, handled by our authentication provider, plus the account identifier we attach to the listings you submit. We never see or store your password.
What we store when you submit a listing
The content you type (name, summary, description, link, category, tags), the time of submission, and the email address on your account so we can contact you about the review.
Outbound click counts
When someone follows a link out of the directory, we record only: which listing was clicked, the date and time, whether the request looked automated, whether the listing was sponsored at that moment, and the hostname of the referring site. We do not store IP addresses, user agents, cookies, device identifiers or any profile of you. Traffic we cannot confidently identify as human is counted as automated and is never reported to sponsors or listing owners as a human view.
Abuse prevention
To stop spam and flooding we store a salted one-way hash of the network address alongside the action taken (for example “submitted a listing”). The hash cannot be reversed back into an address by us, and these records are pruned automatically after 24 hours.
What we do not do
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal data, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not use analytics tooling that follows you across sites.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your own listings at any time from your dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data through the contact form. Aggregate click counts that no longer relate to an identifiable person may be retained.
Data location and processors
Accounts, listings and click counts are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database provided by our hosting platform. Email delivery for account confirmation is handled by that same platform.
